These baby shower napkins are a cute little addition to your table setting. You can make them from plain colors or fine print disposable napkins.
Start by taking your napkin and cutting out a small dress or romper. You can do this easily by folding the napkin in half and cutting both sides at once. It's like making paper dolls.
If you have to make a lot of these then create a template for a piece of card stock and use this to cut around.
The collar is a paper doily that is lightly stuck on using a non toxic paper glue. Remember your guests are going to wipe there mouths on these so don't use a lot of glue, just enough to secure the collar.
You can also use these to string along a garland for a wall decoration
