Cast on 35sts
Begin with 4 rows rib (K1,P1)
Continue in garter stitch until work measures 6 inch (15cm)
Shape the top.
K2 together to the end. (16sts)

K2 together to the end (8sts)
K2 together to the end (4sts)
Break off yarn and thread remaining stitches. Fasten off.
Make 2 pom poms and fix into place on top of the hat.
