Chinese New Year Cracker Garland

 This Chinese new year craft project shows you how to make a Chinese New year garland that looks like fire crackers. 

 

Start by cutting your fabric into 1/2 inch x 4 inch pieces. 

Then simply tie into a knot onto the cord as shown in the picture , keep doing this until your garland is of a desired length then hang virtically for best effect.
