Heart Basket

This Valentines day craft project shows you how to make a car plastic heart box.

Lay a piece of clear acetate on top of white or other colored cardstock.
Keep the two papers together.

Using decorative edged or normal scissors cut out a heart shape.
Keeping both hearts together firmly use a hole punch and punch holes around the outside edge.

Cut a long piece of ribbon and fold it in half.
Run ribbon through the holes until both ends meet at the top.

Fill the hearts with valentine candies.
Tie a bow in the ribbon to finish it off.

To make the hearts look even nicer rubberstamp a Valentine greeting or cute image on the back heart made from card. What ever you stamp will show through the acetate.
You can make your hearts any size that you want and fill with the appropriate sized candies. Have fun!..by Theresa
