Pet Mesh Tote

 Cut a piece of pet mesh vynal 24 x 14 inches  (or your choice of sized). This will be folded in half.  Mark 12 inches down, place cotton fabric 6 inches on each side of the 12 inches.  Fold under 1/2 inch and sew.  Place a 6 inch piece across top of bag, (both sides) fold under 1/2 inch of raw edges and sew.  Turn bag inside out, matching side pieces of cotton and sew the sides of pet mesh.

Attach desired length of strapping.  You can add fringe, beads etc. along the top.
